Choose from whether traditional steaks done right or less traditional favorites, such as Beef Tenderloin Stuffed with Wild Mushrooms, Sirloin Encrusted in Black Pepper with a Shallot Brandy Cream Sauce, or a Mixed Grill of Filet Mignon, Confit of Duck and Blackened Shrimp.
