Being new to the Worcester area, I found St. Cyr website classy and exactly the type of salon I wanted to try. It is located in a elegant victorian home on Park Ave. They have a large private parking lot in the rear of the building (a plus!) 14 Hair Stylists, 3 Massage Therapists, 3 esticians – I also asked a lot of questions when making my appointment, and learned that you need to request the level of hairstylist you are looking for. I didnt know that. Since I wanted a new look, I chose a stylist that had a lot of experience, and was not disappointed. I also found the reviews about the receptionists were unfounded, as an older woman I found these girls were swamped with customers in front of them, making appointments, purchasing products and taking payments. Actually they probably work harder than anyone, I would assume being busy makes them seem stressed. But busy says it all, doesnt it?

Take your chances when you schedule your appointment. I have a stylist that in my opinion is excellent but it is a shame she works with an incompetent staff that handles her appointments. The receptionists are very unprofessional! …

I love St Cyr!! They gave me a discount for being a student and I got 5 bucks off my first time..My friend Ashley alwaysss goes there for eyebrow waxing..She loves it too..Its close to my school and easy to get to. …
