First of all I have to say , the gals that worked on myself and my friends should open thier own place because they deserve to experience the freedom and creativity of their own greatness. As for the Bad ass monster at the front desk He ruins the experience of the spa. When the experience becomes a struggle to just get across a simple request, like I just want to look over the menu to see what else you have to offer and it becomes a verble restling match , you get the feeling its not going to be a easy time. I have over 15 yrs of experience in the spa industry, and have worked with people from NY to all over the world. This male doesn’t do this spa any justice. I wouldn’t go back unless that man was dead.His energy dissolves any peace and quiet. It’s all about him and nobody else.He reminds me of the guy in007 James Bond movie Top Hat Big Fat Bald and Mean. Sorry to be so blunt but he really made my stomach turn. Sad for others that end up being disapointed and spending good money to be pampered. Also they didn’t even have a decent stereo thank God for Ipods. Not the most elite spa around.

The best cut and color i had in a long long time. I used to live in New York and had a wonderful stylist for many years.In Worcester for the past 2 years i changed 3 stylists.When i came to Bellisimo, i knew right away ,that it will become ‘my place’. Salon is beautiful,very clean,service is warm and quick. I had a color change from blond to dark brown red : my hair never looked so silky and healthy,after the color. My stylist gave me the most fabulous cut and her blow dry is still fresh a week later.[Karla].I will come back and will recommend them to my family and friends.
