Really, you just need to know how to manipulate the management. If you want something fixed, making threats/calls regrading the Sanitation Department or the Better Business Bureau works very effectively. Haggle with them about their prices …

not only are the apartments EXTREMELY overpriced, but the management is nearly impossible to deal with. The apartment was a dump. The dead bolt on the door broke towrad the end of our lease, and we lost 900 dollars of the security deposit because they decided to replace the entire door and door frame. I regret ever renting an apartment from Zamarro.
